Welcome to the Central West LHIN Employee Self-Serve
This Self Service Module provides employees with user-friendly and secure capabilities that allow you to view your personal information and perform certain self serve functions. A description of each of the options follows:
Demographics This page displays the personal information on file for you.
My Profile This page allows you to change your password.
Remuneration This page allows you to view information including the current amounts in your BENEFIT BANKS and your PAY STATEMENTS. The "Payroll List Year" drop-down list allows you to view pay statements from previous years.
Leave Management
This pages allows employees to submit Leave Request of a particular type (Vacation Day, Float Day, Lieu-time taken, etc) with employee comments. The managers approves or rejects accordingly and the corresponding leave status notification is sent to the employee.
Schedule This page allows you to view information your monthly schedule. You can use the arrows provide to scroll forward or backward.
