Employee Self Service This Self Service Module provides employees with user-friendly and secure capabilities that allow you to view your personal information and perform certain self-serve functions. A description of each of the options follows:
Personal:
Demographics This page displays the personal information on file for you. Should this information be out of date or inaccurate, please complete a Personal Information Change form and forward to Human Resources.
Remuneration This pages allows you to view information including the current amounts in your BANK BALANCES and your PAY STATEMENTS. All pay statements for the current year will be listed in chronological order by default. To view pay statements from a previous year select the appropriate year from the "Payroll Year" filter.
My Leave Requests This page allows you to request leaves, cancel leaves and view approved leaves. Approved leaves show in your schedule.
My Profile Tab:
This page is where you can change your password.
Note: People Leaders will have an additional tab for the navigation of leave requests and recruitment activities within their portfolios.
