Quadrant Workforce - Employee Self Service Module

This Self Service Module provides Ontario Health atHome employees in the Central East area with user-friendly and secure capabilities that will allow you to view your personal information, currently retained by Human Resources and Organizational Development Division and perform certain human resources functions. A description of each of the options follows:

Demographics

This page displays your current personal information on file, if your personal information is inaccurate, please follow your local process to have your information updated.

My Profile
This page allows you to change your password.

Remuneration
This page allows you to view information including the current amounts in your BENEFIT BANKS and your PAY STATEMENTS. The "Payroll List Year" drop-down list allows you to view pay statements from previous years.

Schedule
This page allows you to view your monthly schedule. You can use the arrows provided to scroll forward or backward.

Leave Management
This page allows you to request leaves, cancel leaves and view approved leaves. Approved leaves are displayed in your schedule.

Year End T4s

This page allows you to review your T4 forms and download them in PDF format.
