•    Personal information contained in material that you elect to post to this website.
•    Responses to leave management requests.
•    Information collected to register as a user of this website (Registration Information). Registration Information is collected for the purpose of identifying you as a user of this website.
•    Benefit Banks associated with your own banked hours and other banked items.
•    Competencies, staff current skill sets or competencies.
The Central East LHIN may also collect demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your postal code, age, and gender.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Quadrant Self Service. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web Site addresses.
