NSM LHIN uses your personal information to operate the web application and deliver staff services. We use your personal information in order to provide your pay statement, benefit banks and competencies, administer and process scheduling, and leave management.

If staff apply for internal vacancies on this site we also use your personal information in order to assess candidate suitability, administer and process applications for employment and to communicate with you and identify potential positions.

Resumes are accessed by human resources professionals, hiring managers or other NSM LHIN staff for the purpose of processing your job application.

If you are successful in securing a position, your personal information will be retained and used by the employer for administrative and employment purposes.

NSM LHIN may contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Health Shared Service Ontario will have access to Quadrant Self Service for purposes of administering and supporting the system on behalf of the NSM LHIN. Staff using the Site may be known to both the NSM LHIN and Health Shared Service Ontario who administers the Site.

NSM LHIN keeps track of the Web pages its users visit within the Quadrant Self Service web application in order to determine what Quadrant Self Service services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content to users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
