Welcome to the HNHB LHIN-Employee Self Service

This Self Service Module provides employees with user-friendly and secure capabilities that allow you to view your personal information and perform certain self-serve functions. A description of each of the options follows:

Demographics
This page displays the personal information on file for you.

My Profile
This page allows you to change your password.

Remuneration
This page allows you to view information including the current amounts in your BENEFIT BANKS and your PAY STATEMENTS. The "Payroll List Year" drop-down list allows you to view pay statements from previous years.

 

Schedule
This page allows you to view your monthly schedule. You can use the arrows provided to scroll forward or backward.

 

Leave Management
This page allows you to request leaves, cancel leaves and view approved leaves. Approved leaves show in your schedule.
